The Oasis by Emaar, a $20 billion (Dh 73.4 billion) waterfront project, was unveiled on Wednesday by Dubai's master developer Emaar Properties.
It will be one of the largest developments in Dubai, covering a total land area of more than 100 million square feet or 9.4 million square meters, and offering 7,000 residential units, mostly in the form of large mansions and villas on roomy plots with views of water canals, lakes, and parks.
Shah Rukh Khan, a leading figure in Bollywood, attended the project's debut.
Every time Emaar gives us an urban marvel, it instantly follows it with a brand-new location that is a work of art all on its own, like The Oasis by Emaar. This is not unique for Dubai, a magnificent metropolis that has grown to be one of the most renowned, stylish, and modern cities in the world, according to Khan.
With 25% of the land devoted to lakes, water canals, parks, jogging trails, green spaces, and numerous luxury amenities, the development is intended to provide a resort-style lifestyle. This focus on recreational areas enables inhabitants to take advantage of a high-quality living environment and lead active lifestyles.
The building will also include a 1.5 million square foot retail space that will house a variety of food and beverage establishments and lifestyles. The Oasis by Emaar is located in a prestigious area of Dubai and is surrounded by upscale construction. Residents can indulge in their enthusiasm for golf thanks to the area's proximity to four international golf courses. Only a 20-minute drive separates the development's ideal location from Downtown Dubai.
Although the corporation withheld the precise site, industry sources believe that the project is close to Academic City Road.
Emaar, one of the biggest real estate firms in the world, owns 1.7 billion square feet of land in the United Arab Emirates and other important worldwide markets. Since 2002, it has already produced more than 94,000 residential units in Dubai and other international markets. With nearly 1,300,000 square meters of lease revenue-generating assets and 37 hotels and resorts with 8,134 rooms, Emaar has strong recurring revenue-generating assets. Currently, Emaar's businesses in the hospitality & leisure, international, and retail & shopping sectors generate 37% of the company's revenue.
Our main goal is to create one-of-a-kind places that compliment our clients' luxurious lifestyles while also offering unparalleled comfort and luxury. According to Mohamed Alabbar, the company's creator, "Our most recent integrated project, The Oasis by Emaar, is poised to enhance Dubai's urban landscape and redefine the future of opulent living amidst nature and water, blending harmonious architecture and exceptional amenities."
